We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns are applicable only for products purchased from our store within our active categories: Pet Products, Kitchen Essentials, and Lighting Products.

When Refunds Are Accepted

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product does not match the product description

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if any of the above issues apply.

When Refunds Are NOT Accepted

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The product was received in perfect condition but was later damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Damage occurred due to improper use, installation, or care

  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
